One point focus, Multi-point focus - It was very engaging....Tried my hand first time with perspective drawing in acrylics.....Was ok for a first timer....
With free hand it's a different story! Working with Points is totally a different world....
In Total the term - "Painting" or for that matter "Art" is a genuinely genius matter....
You have to be born with it....Or should be able to practice 24 paintings a day until you get something right!.....
Time taken - 40 mins.....
On 11 by 14 canvas.

Ok Now to the drawing
For this drawing - it was SINGLE Point focus - which BTW is the one where the ROAD converges and ends - on the horizon....House / Poles fall along with respect to that single point.....

ReplyDeleteఇప్పటికి మీరు నేర్చిన 3 చిత్రకళా ప్రక్రియలు చూపారు. నాకు తెలిసినంతలో Surreal Paintings With Dual Perspectives కూడా మన ప్రాంతాల్లో లేదనుకుంటానండి. మీరు ఆ దిశగా ఏమైనా వేశారా? ఈమధ్యన కొన్ని చిత్రాలవి చూసి చాలా సరదా పడ్డాము నేను, మా అమ్మాయి. మా సరదా మేరకు, అది ఆక్రిలిక్స్ వరకు వస్తే, నేను నిదానంగా బొమ్మని చూసి గీస్తూ, రంగు పెన్సిళ్ళు దిద్దే స్థాయికి చేరా. చెయ్యి తిరుగుతుంది కానీ చిన్నప్పటి/మునుపటి ఏకాగ్రత లేదు. అవును, చిత్రకారులు తయారుకాలేరు, పుడతారు అనిపిస్తుంది. ఈ మధ్యన దేవులపల్లి అదే రాసారు ఒక వ్యాసంలో.
ReplyDeleteUsha gaaru - I have heard for the first time "Surreal Paintings ..." term ...So I am damn sure that I did not get a chance to try my hand at it... Will make an attempt after I come back to US and see how it comes out...Artists are BORN, not a bit of doubt about it... Artist Anwar gaaru said, few weeks ago - I was NOT a born artist, but I took on the challenge at age 24 and with practise and dedication to paper and pencil - it paid out after few years...I take him as an inspiration and hopefully one day I can say that I am an artist...For me at 43, it might be little tough to catch on, but I will NOT leave it at that...I will keep trying...And I advice you to pursue that too, in case you care for my words... :)
